These terms describe the core rules for using DocPurify, including document rights, billing behavior, service limits, and support expectations.
Service scope
DocPurify provides document upload, conversion, AI-assisted validation, preview, and export workflows. Features may change as the product evolves.
Accounts and acceptable use
- You are responsible for the security of your account and any activity performed through it.
- You must not misuse the service, interfere with infrastructure, automate abusive traffic, or upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- We may suspend access if needed to prevent abuse, protect other users, or comply with legal obligations.
Your content
You keep ownership of your uploaded files and generated outputs. You confirm that you own the necessary rights, or have permission, to upload and process that content.
We process your content only to operate the service, maintain reliability, investigate support issues, and meet legal obligations.
Billing, subscriptions, and credits
- Plan pricing, included credits, and one-time credit packs are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Estimated credits shown before processing may differ from final settled usage. Final deductions follow actual processing results.
- Subscription renewals, invoices, payment methods, and cancellations are managed through Creem and the billing portal.
- If subscription credits have an expiry date, they are governed by the timestamp shown in your account and related billing records.
Refunds and cancellations
Our refund and cancellation rules are described in the public Refund Policy. By purchasing a paid plan or credit pack, you agree to that policy.
You can cancel an active subscription before the next renewal date. The billing portal is primarily for renewals, payment methods, invoices, and cancellations; cancelling stops future renewals only and does not automatically trigger a refund.
If you need a refund review, email support@docpurify.com from the purchase address with your order details. Unless required by law or expressly approved for a confirmed billing error, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or the remaining portion of a billing period.
If a billing period or order is approved for refund, we may remove any remaining subscription credits, undelivered paid value, or related paid access associated with that refunded charge.
Availability and outputs
We work to keep the service available, but uptime is not guaranteed. Processing quality may vary depending on source file quality, layout complexity, and model behavior.
Generated outputs and related files are normally retained for about 48 hours unless a shorter or longer retention period is announced in product settings or policy updates.
Disclaimers and liability
- AI-assisted outputs can contain errors and should be reviewed before use in production, legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical settings.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to DocPurify for the affected service during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and governing process
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version is published means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
If a dispute or support issue arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it before escalation.
