Questions users ask before paying

Read the docs →

When should I choose a subscription instead of a credit pack?

Choose a subscription when you expect steady weekly or monthly processing. Use credit packs for one-off migrations, backlog cleanup, campaign spikes, or occasional overflow.

How do credits work before and after processing?

DocPurify shows an estimate before you start. Final usage is settled after the job finishes, so estimated and actual credits can differ when the real workload is lighter or heavier than expected.

What file types and sizes are supported?

DocPurify supports PDF, Word (DOCX), PowerPoint (PPTX), TXT / Markdown, and image files. The effective upload limit depends on the lower of the system cap and your current plan or account limit.

Will the output keep headings, TOC, and document structure?

DocPurify is built to preserve headings, TOC hierarchy, and document organization wherever the source quality allows, so the Markdown stays closer to the original structure.

What does full-text AI calibration add?

It adds an extra review pass before export to catch structural drift, readability issues, and Markdown consistency problems when the document needs a cleaner final result.

Can I cancel or request a refund later?

You can cancel a subscription anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals, while access remains active until the current billing period ends. Refunds are reviewed separately through support.
