Information we collect

We collect the minimum account and service data needed to authenticate users, run uploads, process documents, settle billing, and keep the service reliable.

• Account details provided through authentication, such as email address and user ID.
• Service usage and technical logs, such as IP address, browser information, request timestamps, and error events.
• Billing status and payment event metadata from Creem so we can activate subscriptions, grant credits, and reconcile support requests.
• Uploaded files, generated outputs, and the metadata needed to deliver previews, downloads, and audit trails.

How we use information

• To provide uploads, document processing, previews, exports, and account access.
• To estimate, lock, settle, refund, or adjust credits when tasks complete or support issues are reviewed.
• To detect abuse, protect the service, investigate failures, and answer support requests.
• To improve product quality, reliability, and customer experience.

Service providers and sharing

We share data only when needed to operate the service, comply with the law, or protect the platform.

• Supabase for authentication and database operations.
• Cloudflare R2 for file and output storage.
• Creem for checkout, subscription management, invoices, and payment events.
• Other infrastructure, analytics, or error-monitoring providers only when required to run or improve the product.

Data retention and deletion

Uploaded files and generated outputs are normally retained for about 48 hours so you can review and download results. After that period, storage lifecycle rules may remove them automatically.

Account, billing, and support records may be retained longer where needed for fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, legal compliance, or service continuity.

• You should download and back up important outputs promptly.
• You can request account or data deletion by contacting support from your registered email address.

Security practices

• Private requests are authenticated with bearer tokens.
• Private file downloads use time-limited signed URLs where applicable.
• Payment card information is handled by Creem and is not stored in this application.
• We may update security controls over time as the product evolves.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain uses of your personal data. We will review requests in line with applicable law and our operational obligations.
