This policy explains how DocPurify handles subscription refunds, annual-plan cooling-off requests, delivered credits, duplicate charges, and billing support.
Subscription cancellations
- You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date.
- After cancellation, paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation stops future renewals only. It does not automatically create a refund.
- If you need a refund review, email us as described below; cancellation itself does not mean a refund request has been approved.
- If you do not want another renewal, cancel separately in the billing portal. The refund review process does not automatically close renewal for you.
Monthly subscription plans
- Monthly plans are generally non-refundable once the subscription has started, except where required by law or when we confirm a clear billing error.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used monthly subscription time.
- If subscription credits from that refunded monthly billing cycle were already consumed, the payment is normally not refundable.
- If a monthly subscription refund is exceptionally approved, any remaining subscription credits granted by that refunded billing cycle may be removed from the account.
Annual subscription plans
- Annual plans may be eligible for a cooling-off refund if you contact us within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- Cooling-off refunds are intended for accounts that remain unused in the refundable window. If subscription credits or paid processing value from that period were already consumed, the refund is normally not available.
- For annual plans, delivered value includes subscription credits already granted to your account, paid features already unlocked, and completed processing performed with those subscription credits.
- Outside the 7-day cooling-off window, annual plans are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved for a clear billing error.
- We do not provide month-by-month or day-by-day prorated refunds for annual subscriptions.
Credit packs and delivered value
- One-time credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable after credits have been successfully delivered to your account.
- If a purchase was duplicated, failed to deliver, or was charged in error, contact us and we will review the case.
- If any delivered credits were already consumed before a refund request is made, that purchase is normally not refundable.
- Purchased credit packs and subscription credits are reviewed separately. A subscription refund does not automatically refund separately purchased credits.
Effect of an approved refund
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Creem, subject to Creem and banking timelines.
- If a subscription payment is refunded, we may remove any remaining subscription credits associated with that refunded period.
- Refunding a subscription does not remove separately purchased credit-pack balances unless those purchases are also approved for refund.
Billing errors and unauthorized charges
We will review duplicate charges, obvious billing mistakes, and credible unauthorized-payment reports as quickly as possible. When contacting us, include your account email, order reference, payment date, and a short explanation.
- Please contact support before filing a chargeback when possible so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
- If we confirm a duplicate charge, failed delivery, or obvious billing mistake, we may approve a refund outside the standard eligibility rules above.
How to request help
- Email support@docpurify.com from the address used for your purchase.
- Include your order ID, invoice reference, or as much purchase detail as possible.
- For subscription refunds, also tell us whether you have already canceled the subscription in the billing portal.
- We normally respond within 3 business days.
Managing renewals
If you are an active subscriber, you can manage renewals, payment methods, and invoices from the billing portal after signing in to your account.
