How size limits work
Your actual upload limit is determined by two factors together:
- System cap: the maximum upload size allowed by the platform.
- Plan cap: the file size limit defined by your current plan or account.
The system uses the stricter of the two as your effective upload limit. If an upload fails, it is often because the file exceeds your plan limit rather than the platform maximum.
Plain-text and Markdown files are also supported for upload and processing.
FAQ
Why does my upload fail even though it is below 200MB?
Your plan or account may have a lower limit, so the stricter limit becomes your actual maximum.
Can I upload image files directly?
Yes. DocPurify supports direct image uploads.
